Trust Fall

Julia’s quiet life in Nebraska is turned upside down when her elderly neighbor unexpectedly leaves his fortune and New York City home to Julia and her family. Suddenly, she’s living in a historic brownstone and attending an exclusive private school filled with wealthy students who couldn’t be more different from her.

Struggling to fit in—and even more so to keep up with her classes—Julia gets help from Damion, a charming but mysterious tutor. What she doesn’t know is that Damion is related to the man who left everything to her. Convinced that his family has been wronged, Damion sets out to earn Julia’s trust so he can uncover the truth.

But the closer they become, the harder it is for Damion to stick to his plan. What starts as a secret mission quickly turns into something neither of them expected, forcing them to question whether trust, family, and love are worth risking everything for.

Perfect for readers who love: enemies-to-lovers, rich families, secret motives, private school drama, tutoring romances, forced proximity, and plenty of romantic tension.
